Simply by coming to see our shows you are helping us to cover our costs, and of course we love to perform to a full audience! However, if you would like to support The Mellows further, please consider becoming a Patron, or if you run a business, please consider becoming a Corporate Partner of The Mellows.
Why do we need Patrons and Corporate Partners?
In 2011, the church hall that we both rehearsed and stored our costumes in, was closed leaving us without a home. We have since opened our new HQ, based on Mosley Street in Burton where we can now rehearse, build and store our scenery, as well as store costumes and props, all under one roof. The cost of doing this however has been significantly higher than in our previous home.
In addition to this, the cost of staging a show (including venue hire and royalties etc) has been increasing steadily and so further stretching our budget.
We are doing everything we can with regard to fundraising, minimizing expenses and selling tickets to our shows but would love to count on your help to ensure that we can continue to bring new and exciting shows to the people of Burton as well as a rewarding hobby to over 120 local children and adults.

As a Mellows Patron you’ll be helping to support The Mellows and in return you’ll get priority booking for all Mellows shows. And Patronage costs from just £10 per year.

As a Corporate Partner of The Mellow Dramatics, you’ll receive the following benefits…
Gold Level
- Priority booking for all Mellows shows for you and your staff.
- Your company logo and information on the Corporate Partner’s page here on the Mellow Dramatics website.
- Full-page advert in all Mellows show programmes (3 per year)
- 2 tickets to a Mellows show of your choice, showing in the 12 months of your subscription
The Gold Level costs just £250 per annum and you can join online by Clicking Here.
Silver Level
- Priority booking for all Mellows shows for you and your staff.

- Half-page advert in all Mellows show programmes (3 per year)
The Silver Level costs just £200 per annum and you can join online by Clicking Here.
Bronze Level
- Priority booking for all Mellows shows for you and your staff.
- Your company logo and information on the Corporate Partner’s page here on the Mellow Dramatics website.
- Quarter-page advert in all Mellows show programmes (3 per year)
The Bronze Level costs just £100 per annum and you can join online by Clicking Here.
With any level, we will also send you a digital certificate with the Mellows logo, which you can display on your company website to show your support for the arts in Burton on Trent.
